This year’s Contractor’s Connection was held at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. With many exciting things to see, activities and culture experiences to have in Las Vegas, the conference attracted and kept the attention of it’s attendees from June 21st to June 24th.
More than 3,000 professionals from restoration, construction and insurance industries attended the conference and program that was focused on how to consistently deliver exceptional restoration quality and superb customer service, no matter the circumstances.
Some of the workshops FotoIN team found particularly interesting and helpful were field and mobile technology oriented:
- The Power of Mobility For Your Restoration Business or The Changing Mobile Landscape and What it Means for Your Restoration Business
- Mechanics of Estimate Presentation Objectives
- Staging an Efficient Packout – basics for a successful packout
- Understanding Moisture Monitoring and Measuring for Optimum Results

It was clear that Contractor Connection is still the best Restoration event nationally and that the Restoration industry is charging ahead in adopting new technologies, policies, procedures and processes that are drastically changing the speed and quality of service - no matter the circumstances.
Given the mobile revolution it was clear that everything in Restoration is also moving to the cloud and onto smart mobile devices and that automating photo documentation is critical to the success of photo documentation processes in Restoration Industry of the future.

By the way - that was some of the best food we ever had at a professional event - kudos to the organisers, sponsors and the chefs from Caesar's Palace.
See you all next year!
