Customer Success Representative are mainly responsible for being passionate advocates for customers first and the company second.
Responsibilities will include:

Partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers

Develope and maintain an extensive knowledge of the FotoIN Solution

Develop long-term relationships with your customer portfolio

Create opportunities for our customers to become more involved

Regulate monthly charges for customers (invoice, credit card, charges, etc.)

Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of service to serve customer needs.
Customer Success Representatives multi-task by nature and can easily juggle multiple roles in dealing with people, ongoing management and improvement of Customer Success space.
